Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Services.

Welcome to www.skinmeister.pro. MOXIE SKINS LTD and/or its affiliates (referred to as "we", "our" or "SkinMeister") offer you website features and other services when you visit or shop at www.skinmeister.pro ("the Website"), use our products or services, or use software provided by us in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, the "Services"). SkinMeister provides you with the Services subject to the terms set out in this document.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the website (referred to as "you", "your", "User" or "Seller") and SkinMeister.

1. APPLICABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

  • 1.1 The use of the Services and/or access to the Website is subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, including the Privacy Policy, the Product Listing Rules and all other terms relating to the use and/or operation of the Website that may be published by SkinMeister from time to time. This document and all other terms of the Website are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms". By using the Website or the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Website or any of the Services.
  • 1.2 Users may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if they (a) are not old enough to sign a valid agreement with SkinMeister, or (b) are not authorised to use the Services under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other country/region, including the User's country of residence and the location where the Services are used.
  • 1.3 Users acknowledge and accept that SkinMeister may make changes to its Website and Services. Such changes will be reflected accordingly in the Terms. By continuing to use this Website and Services, you agree to all changes that may affect the User.
  • 1.4 The Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.
  • 1.5 Users may enter into a separate agreement with SkinMeister or our partners, online or otherwise, for specific services provided by SkinMeister (Additional Terms). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail with respect to such specific Service(s).
  • 1.6 The Terms may be amended unilaterally in writing by an authorised person of SkinMeister.
  • 1.7 When you use the Services or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website or through other Services. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy all legal requirements that such communications be in writing, except where mandatory applicable laws expressly require a different form of communication.

2. SERVICE FEES

  • 2.1 SkinMeister operates a transparent 10% markup model. All items are offered with a uniform 10% service fee included in the final price. This covers platform operations, secure transactions, customer support and fraud prevention. Buyers pay no additional fees beyond the displayed price.
  • 2.2 The 10% markup is uniform across all items and categories. Changes to our pricing structure will be communicated to users with two weeks' notice by publishing such changes on the Website. Promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion, with clear terms during the promotional period.
  • 2.3 All fees are quoted in Euros unless otherwise stated. The User is obliged to pay such fees and taxes in connection with their use of the Services in a timely manner. If a particular payment method fails or an invoice is overdue, we are entitled to demand payment in another manner that we determine from time to time and communicate to the User concerned.
  • 2.4 The User must sign in to access and use the Website. SkinMeister reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Services (including, but not limited to, features and/or functions of the Website) without prior notice.
  • 2.5 The Services (or other features integrated into the Website) may differ across countries or regions. No guarantee is given that a service or functionality of a specific type or scope will be available to all users. SkinMeister may, at its sole discretion, restrict, refuse or create different tiers of access to Services for different users.
  • 2.6 SkinMeister has the right to introduce, change or increase fees for Services, impose usage conditions, and suspend or discontinue Services without prior notice, except for paid Services.
  • 2.7 Our pricing structure follows a transparent 10% markup model, applied uniformly to all items. Full pricing details can be found on our Fees page.
  • 2.8 You can request refunds on payments for up to 60 days after the transaction date.

3. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

  • 3.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of all applicable fees, SkinMeister or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • 3.2 All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use or Service Terms are reserved to SkinMeister or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders or other content providers.
  • 3.3 You may not misuse the SkinMeister Services. You may only use the SkinMeister Services as permitted by law. The licences granted by SkinMeister will terminate if you do not comply with the Terms or the law.
  • 3.4 The User agrees to use the Websites and Services for personal purposes only. The User may not (a) duplicate, copy, download, distribute, sell, distribute or resell any Services, information, text, graphics, video clips, sound, scripts, files, databases or listings available on or through the Websites (Website Content), and (b) may not duplicate, copy, download, compile or otherwise use Website Content that competes with SkinMeister for commercial purposes.
  • 3.5 The User is required to familiarise themselves with the SkinMeister Privacy Policy, which contains all the details on the protection and use of users' personal data held by SkinMeister and our partners.
  • 3.6 SkinMeister may grant users access to content, products or services of other providers via hyperlinks, APIs and the websites of such providers. It is recommended to read the terms of such websites and their privacy policies before using them.
  • 3.7 The User agrees not to take any action to compromise the integrity of computer systems or networks of SkinMeister and/or other users, or to gain unauthorised access to such systems or networks.
  • 3.8 The User agrees not to take any action to compromise the integrity of the SkinMeister comment system.
  • 3.9 You may cancel your CS2 skin purchase at any time up to 3 days before item delivery (UNLESS THE SKIN HAS ALREADY BEEN TRANSFERRED TO YOUR STEAM ACCOUNT). Refund requests within the last 3 days may not be accepted. The price shown in the order is a guaranteed price. We will not ask you for any further payment after purchase.
  • 3.10 The use of automation scripts and programs that cause server performance issues is considered a breach of the rules and may result in a penalty to the account.
  • 3.11 If the Seller fails to deliver CS2 skins by the agreed delivery time, the Seller will be charged a flat penalty of €1,000 + 5% of the lost revenue from skin sales.
  • 3.12 If the Seller fails to deliver the declared CS2 skin stock by the delivery day and time, the Seller will be charged a flat penalty of €1,000 + 5% of the lost revenue.
  • 3.13 If the number of defective or misrepresented CS2 skins sold in a single listing within 4 weeks reaches 50 or more, the Seller will be charged a flat penalty of €1,000 + 50% of the lost revenue.
  • 3.14 Users may pay with SkinMeister balance for CS2 skins offered on the Website. In such cases, the User accepts and acknowledges that SkinMeister is entitled, at its sole discretion, to introduce or change restrictions on the number or value of balance transactions at any time.
  • 3.15 We use Steam Web API services to provide features such as loading CS2 skin data and images. By using this functionality you agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
  • 3.16 We are entitled to cancel any buyer order that remains unpaid for 48 hours.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

  • 4.1 The User must sign up/register on the Website to access and use certain Services. Any User who has completed sign-up/registration may also be referred to as a "Member". Unless otherwise permitted by SkinMeister, a User should only register and maintain one user account.
  • 4.2 SkinMeister only supports sign-up and login via Steam OAuth. When a User authenticates with Steam, SkinMeister provisions an account linked to the User's Steam account; SkinMeister does not issue or manage any password for the account. The security of the User's Steam credentials is the User's responsibility and is governed by Steam's own terms.
  • 4.3 The ID and password combination is unique to each account. Each User is personally responsible for keeping their own ID and password secret and secure, as well as for all actions taken under their account.
  • 4.4 The User undertakes to treat all actions taken under their account as authorised by them.
  • 4.5 The User acknowledges that sharing their account with other persons may cause irreparable damage to SkinMeister or other Website users.
  • 4.6 You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address and any other required information to complete the sign-up process. All information you provide must be true, accurate, current and complete.
  • 4.7 Once provided, your seller name cannot be changed. A name change is only possible in limited cases and is always performed by the customer service department.

5. SELLER OBLIGATIONS

  • 5.1 "Seller" is defined as any User who offers their CS2 skins for sale on the Website. Each Seller represents, warrants and acknowledges that they (a) have full capacity and right to accept the Terms, grant licences and authorisations, and undertake such obligations.
  • 5.2 The Seller is required to provide information or documents about their company or their CS2 skins/services as part of the sign-up on the Website.
  • 5.3 By creating an account, the Seller agrees that their contact details will be included in the seller database.
  • 5.4 Each Seller represents, warrants and acknowledges that they are personally responsible for securing all necessary third-party licences and authorisations for the content to be submitted.
  • 5.5 Furthermore, each Seller represents, warrants and acknowledges that the CS2 skins for sale will be: a) genuine, appropriate, complete and lawful; b) not false, misleading or unreliable.
  • 5.6 Each Seller represents, warrants and acknowledges that they will carry out all actions when visiting the Websites in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • 5.13.1 It is prohibited to sell counterfeit, duplicated or fraudulent CS2 skins.
  • 5.13.2 All CS2 skins must be legitimate items acquired through official Steam channels.
  • 5.14 Community sellers (customer-to-customer sellers or C2C) acknowledge all Terms and Conditions applicable to professional sellers with the following additions: a community seller may not sell more than 5 CS2 skins at a time.
  • 5.15 SkinMeister shall not be liable in any way for third-party services or CS2 skins offered by the Seller on the Website.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • 6.1 SkinMeister reserves the right to remove, modify or reject any User Content posted or displayed on the Websites that we consider unlawful, in breach of these Terms or otherwise inappropriate.
  • 6.2 If a User/Seller violates any provision of these Terms, SkinMeister is entitled to impose a penalty on such User/Seller or to suspend or delete the account.
  • 6.3 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the User/Seller shall be deemed guilty of a gross violation of the Terms in the following cases.
  • 6.4 SkinMeister reserves the right to cooperate fully with authorities, private investigators and/or aggrieved third parties in the context of criminal or civil investigations.
  • 6.5 If the Member violates the Terms, SkinMeister also reserves the right to report such violation on the Websites.
  • 6.6 Each User/Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SkinMeister, our partners, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any losses, damages, claims or liabilities.
  • 6.7 Each User/Seller acknowledges that SkinMeister is not liable for User Content or other materials presented on the Websites.
  • 6.8 SkinMeister reserves the right not to accept returns of CS2 skins/items already delivered.

7. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS AND SELLERS

  • 7.1 On the Websites, SkinMeister provides electronic online platforms for the exchange of information between buyers and sellers of CS2 skins and services.
  • 7.2 Users/Sellers acknowledge that transactions on the Website involve the risk of dealing with abusive persons.
  • 7.3 Each User/Seller acknowledges that they are fully aware of the risk associated with buying and selling through the Websites and Services.
  • 7.4 Users/Sellers are personally responsible for complying with all terms of transactions carried out on, through or as a result of using the Websites or Services.
  • 7.5 The User/Seller agrees to provide all necessary information and documents that may be requested by SkinMeister in connection with transactions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Services provided by SkinMeister on or through the Websites are provided on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis.
  • 8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinMeister makes no representations or warranties as to the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness or customariness of the information provided on or through the Websites.
  • 8.3 Each User/Seller is personally responsible for downloading or otherwise obtaining material from and/or via the Website.
  • 8.4 The Websites may provide the User with access to services or CS2 skins of independent third parties. No warranty or representation is given with respect to such services or CS2 skins.
  • 8.5 Each User/Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SkinMeister, our partners, management, officers and employees from any losses, damages or claims.
  • 8.6 SkinMeister cannot be held liable for specific, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any other damages.
  • 8.7 Notwithstanding the foregoing, SkinMeister's total liability for all claims arising out of the use of our Websites or Services during any calendar year is limited to (a) the total fees paid by users/sellers to SkinMeister within a calendar year, or (b) €1,000, whichever is lower.
  • 8.8 The limitations and exclusions of liability under these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

  • 9.1 In no event shall SkinMeister be held responsible for delays, interruptions or errors of the content or services provided through the Websites, if such are caused directly or indirectly by acts of God, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of the internet, computer hardware, telecommunications or other equipment, power outages, strikes, work stoppages, riots, insurrections, civil unrest, labour or material shortages, fire, floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, war, governmental acts, court or judicial orders, or the negligence of third parties.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • 10.1 SkinMeister is the sole owner and rightful licensee of all rights and interests in the Websites and their contents. The Websites and their contents contain trade secrets and other intellectual property protected by international copyright and other laws.
  • 10.2 SkinMeister and associated symbols and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks of MOXIE SKINS LTD and are protected in various jurisdictions by the corresponding copyrights, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
  • 10.3 SkinMeister may work with independent third parties involved in the provision of Services. It is prohibited to use the trademarks, service marks or logos of third parties without prior authorisation.

11. BUYER PROTECTION

  • 11.1 Sellers are required to cooperate with our customer service department. Buyers and Sellers allow SkinMeister, at its sole discretion, to make final decisions regarding any claims that buyers may submit to SkinMeister in connection with the SkinMeister Buyer Protection Policy.
  • 11.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors we may discover.
  • 11.3 SkinMeister reserves the right not to accept reports of counterfeit or fraudulent CS2 skins submitted more than 30 days after the transaction.
  • 11.4 The SkinMeister Buyer Protection fee is non-refundable (except in the case of order cancellations).

12. NOTICES

  • 12.1 All legal notices or requests to SkinMeister should be sent in writing to SkinMeister in person, by courier or by post to the following address: MOXIE SKINS LTD, Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend CF31 1JF, United Kingdom.
  • 12.2 All legal notices or requests to Users are effective when delivered in person, by courier, registered mail, fax or email to the last known correspondence address.
  • 12.3 The User agrees that all agreements, notices, requests, disclosures and other communications sent electronically by SkinMeister meet the legal requirements for delivery of such communications in writing.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 13.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Additional Terms, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SkinMeister regarding your administration and use of the Websites and Services, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements on the same subject matter.
  • 13.2 SkinMeister and the User are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship exists between them.
  • 13.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  • 13.4 Headings are for reference only and do not define, limit or describe the scope or extent of any section.
  • 13.5 The failure by SkinMeister to enforce any right or waiver of any breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce such right.
  • 13.6 SkinMeister is entitled to determine the provisions of these Terms with respect to any person or entity.
  • 13.7 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without reference to their conflict-of-laws provisions. The parties approving these Terms fully submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
