1. OVERVIEW

This Listing Policy governs all item listings on the SkinMeister marketplace. By listing items for sale, you agree to these rules and standards. Violations may result in listing removal, account restrictions or permanent bans.

2. LISTING REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements:

  • Items must be genuine CS:GO/CS2 cosmetics
  • You must own the item in your Steam inventory
  • Items must be tradable (no trade hold)
  • Items must not originate from VAC-banned accounts
  • Listings must use accurate item names
  • Prices must be quoted in EUR
  • No duplicate listings of the same item

Item Eligibility:

  • ✅ Cosmetic items (skins, sets, couriers)
  • ✅ Immortal items
  • ✅ Arcana items
  • ✅ Collectors' items
  • ✅ Battle Pass rewards
  • ❌ Exploited or duplicated items
  • ❌ Items under Steam Support investigation
  • ❌ Non-tradable items

3. PRICING GUIDELINES

Setting Prices:

  • Prices should reflect fair market value
  • Minimum listing price: €0.10
  • Maximum listing price: €50,000
  • Prices sync automatically with market data
  • Transparent 10% markup on all base prices

Prohibited Pricing Practices:

  • Price manipulation or artificial inflation
  • Coordinated price fixing
  • Misleading discount claims
  • Bait-and-switch tactics
  • Price collusion with other sellers

4. LISTING DESCRIPTIONS

Accurate Information:

  • Use only official item names
  • State exact quality and rarity
  • Disclose any special attributes
  • Mention stickers or gems where present
  • Indicate if the item is part of a set

Prohibited Content:

  • False or misleading descriptions
  • Offensive or inappropriate language
  • External links or advertising
  • Personal contact information
  • Soliciting off-platform trades

5. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

Item images are sourced automatically from the Steam Community Market. Even so:

  • Images must accurately represent the item
  • No edited or enhanced screenshots
  • No misleading visual representations
  • Custom images may be rejected
  • Adult or offensive content is prohibited

6. LISTING DURATION & MANAGEMENT

Duration Rules:

  • Listings remain active until sold or cancelled
  • Automatic relisting after 30 days of inactivity
  • Maximum 100 active listings per account
  • Bulk listing tools available for verified sellers

Listing Management:

  • Edit prices at any time before sale
  • Cancel listings with no penalty
  • Automatic removal when the item leaves your inventory
  • Instant delisting after Steam trade confirmation

7. SELLER OBLIGATIONS

As a seller, you must:

  • Maintain a valid Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator
  • Respond to trade offers within 24 hours
  • Keep your inventory public and accessible
  • Honour all confirmed sales
  • Provide an accurate trade URL
  • Do not cancel trades after buyer payment
  • Report issues promptly

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items cannot be listed:

  • Stolen or fraudulently obtained items
  • Items from compromised accounts
  • Duplicated or exploited items
  • Items that violate Valve's Terms of Service
  • Items under dispute or investigation
  • Non-CS:GO/CS2 items
  • Steam Wallet credit or gift cards
  • Account credentials

9. PRICING STRUCTURE

10% Markup Model:

  • Uniform 10% markup on all items
  • Markup included in the displayed price
  • No additional fees for buyers or sellers
  • Transparent pricing across all categories
  • No complex commission structures

Pricing Benefits:

  • No hidden fees or surprises
  • Equal treatment across all item types
  • Minimum transaction: €0.10
  • Fair pricing for all users

10. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Seller Verification Tiers:

  • Basic: Steam authentication only (up to €500/day)
  • Verified: Email and phone verification (€5,000/day)
  • Premium: KYC verification (unlimited)

KYC Requirements (Premium):

  • Government-issued ID
  • Proof of address
  • Selfie verification
  • Processing time: 24-48 hours

11. QUALITY STANDARDS

We maintain high quality standards:

  • AI-powered listing verification
  • Automated price validation
  • Manual review for high-value items
  • Community reporting system
  • Regular seller performance reviews

12. VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES

Policy Violations:

  • First violation: Warning and listing removal
  • Second violation: 7-day listing ban
  • Third violation: 30-day account restriction
  • Serious violations: Permanent ban

Appeals Process:

  • Send appeals to appeals@skinmeister.pro
  • Include transaction IDs and evidence
  • Response within 72 hours
  • Final decisions by the Compliance team

13. BEST PRACTICES

For successful selling:

  • Price competitively based on market data
  • Respond quickly to trade offers
  • Maintain a strong seller rating
  • Keep your inventory organised
  • Use bulk tools for multiple items
  • Track market trends via AI insights

14. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Listing Policy to reflect changes in our marketplace operations or legal requirements. Sellers will be notified of material changes by email. Continued listing after changes constitutes acceptance.
